PRICE LIST

– The price indicated in the table below includes:

1. Of the initial cleaning costs and the consumption of electricity, water and gas
2. Some bed linen
3. From the bathroom linen kit (includes a hand towel, a bidet towel and a bath towel)
4. Internet connection

N.B. In the month of August stays must be a minimum of 7 nights with check in on Saturday.

EXTRA SERVICES

Presence of Animals

– Small/medium sized animals are accepted but in order to carry out a more thorough final cleaning, an additional cost of € 50.00 must be expected for each individual animal;

DEPOSITS

Upon delivery of the home, a deposit of €100.00 will be required which will be returned at the end of the lease, following verification of the condition of the property unit.

You will also be asked for a second deposit of €50.00 relating to the state of cleanliness of the house on some specific aspects listed below:

• Elimination of all food in the fridge and at home;
• Cleaning of stoves and dishes;
• Removal of Rubbish;
